We list the top 3 relay teams (full and half marathon) and the top 3 walkers on our website. We do not do age categories or an award ceremony. All winners in the full and half will be contacted by email, usually a couple of weeks after the event.
Our event is 90% run by volunteers who raise money for their charities through their volunteer hours. Please acknowledge their hard work and thank them. The Aid Stations are competing for a $200 Team Party and it is up to you to let us know which station was your favorite (we’ll email you and post on social media). One single volunteer will also win $100 cash for being the Best Volunteer.
When you bring your gently worn, used or new athletic shoes to the Rockin Brews Marathon, we will send them to Sneakers4Funds. The donations help others in underdeveloped countries and Run Strong Madison (our charity partner) receives a check for each pair of shoes donated. Please bring your shoes to the collection box at the expo on Friday or to the starting line on Saturday.
